Features

Improve your running efficiency, reduce foot fatigue and increase comfort with the Superfeet Run Women’s Support insoles.

Designed using women’s specific dimensions, these insoles were made for running and walking to give you the best possible experience underfoot. The insoles have a women’s specific deep heel cup that is narrower than other Superfeet Run Support insoles. The cap is combined with a H.I.T. (Heel Impact Technology) Pod to position and cradle your heel to optimize natural shock absorption, disperse impact and minimize fatigue.

A responsive EVOLyte® carbon fiber cap and two layers of AeroSpring Rebound foam combine to deliver exceptional comfort and a smooth, efficient energy transfer through your gait from foot strike to toe-off. There is also a Moisturewick™ layer on top to help with odor control.

The Women’s Superfeet Run Comfort is made for women’s specific arch shapes that stabilize the foot while running to reduce stress on the feet, ankles, knees and back. Check out our guide on how to choose the right Superfeet insole if you are unsure of which one is perfect for you.

These insoles are made to be trimmed to replace the removable sock liner in roomy to moderate-fitting running and walking shoes. Plus, when you purchase a pair of Superfeet insoles, you are making a difference—Superfeet donates 1% of sales and 1,000+ volunteer hours to organizations working to shape a healthy future.

Who It’s Best For

While anyone can wear Superfeet Run Women’s Support insoles, they often work best for female walkers and runners with medium to high arches and an average width foot (or B width). If you have a higher volume or wider foot, you may enjoy the Superfeet Run Support High Arch insoles better. Similarly, men with narrow feet or heels may prefer the Superfeet Run Women’s Support insoles.

Compared to other color insoles from Superfeet, the Run Women’s Support insole gives orthotic support using a high, firm arch shape to stabilize the foot and combines it with a gel pod to reduce stress on your feet, ankles, knees and back.

Why You’ll Love it

You will love the extra comfort and increased efficiency you get from the Superfeet Run Women’s Support Insoles during your walk or run. The gel in the heel of the Run Support line helps to give you better shock absorption and disperse the impact of each landing. Plus, the women’s specific fit may feel better in the heel and arch.

How Long Do They Last

Superfeet insoles generally last up to 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first. If you are unsure of when you last bought a pair, there are a few signs that can tell you it’s time to buy a new pair of insoles for your running shoes. First, check for any white marks from bending on the plastic heel cup, similar to how a credit card looks when damaged. Then, check to see if the medial arch support shape is rubbed away or worn down. Lastly, if the shape of your foot is clearly imprinted over the entire insole or has worn through the fabric, it is likely time for some replacements.

Fit

You’ll need to trim your insoles to fit them in your shoes. Take the stock insole out of your shoe, and place it on top of your Superfeet insole, making sure to line up the insoles at the heel. Use a pen or marker to trace the shape of the stock insole onto the Superfeet product, and then use sharp scissors to trim off the excess around the toe.Check out our video below to see more on how to trim your insoles
