Designed to keep your feet comfortable with soft landings and springy lift-offs, the Cloudstratus features a double layer of CloudTec and Helion Foam cushioning that has been extended further up the forefoot compared to the previous version.
Its max-cushioning profile protects you from the road mile after mile while On’s Speedboard placed underfoot gives you a responsive and stable foundation to push off from when you decide to pick up the pace.

What's New
The Cloudstratus 2.0 update focuses on cushioning, as seen by the notably taller stack of cushioning tech in the midsole and outsole.
It still has the original configuration of Helion foam and CloudTec cushioning, but extends the dual layer of CloudTec into the forefoot and toe of the shoe to give an even bouncier feel underfoot.
The updated On Cloudstratus 2.0 also uses two times more recycled material throughout the upper than the previous model, and it features a much more roomy toe box fit.

Sustainability
Now using two times more recycled material throughout the upper than the previous model, On has taken great initiative in integrating more sustainable design practices and materials into their products, as seen in the Cloudstratus.
Designers created the engineered mesh upper from 75 percent recycled polyester, for a breathable, lightweight feel that doesn’t weigh on the planet. Details like the laces, tongue and sock liner are made from 100 percent recycled polyester.
